Yang Jin Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include antitrust and competition law.
Yang Jin Park has been practicing law since 2011 and has accumulated extensive experience across all stages of competition matters, from investigations by the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) to court proceedings. He has advised on and represented clients in a wide range of matters, including major domestic and cross-border cartel cases, unfair support practices, unfair trade practices, and violations of the Subcontracting Act, as well as large-scale business combination reviews and intra-group transactions. He also provides compliance advice to companies on internal transactions and compliance with the Subcontracting Act. In addition, Yang Jin Park has represented numerous clients in administrative litigation challenging KFTC decisions, as well as in damages claims arising from violations of competition laws.
