Jun Hyung Lee is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas include corporate criminal matters, financial litigations, and healthcare disputes.
He initially started his career at our law firm from 2010 to 2023, during which he handled a wide range of corporate criminal and financial litigation cases. Following a successful tenure as the Head of the Legal Team at Green Cross Corp, he rejoined our firm in 2026.
During his years at Yoon & Yang, Mr. Lee successfully represented numerous corporate clients, as well as their CEOs and executives, in high-stakes criminal trial proceedings. Of note, between 2019 and 2022, he spearheaded the legal response to the private equity fund redemption crisis. Notably, he oversaw post-management procedures, voluntary compensation schemes, and the accompanynig civil and criminal disputes, thereby demonstrating his unparalleled expertise and strategic problem-solving capabilities in complex financial crime cases.
In February 2023, Mr. Lee was appointed as the inaugural head of the Legal Team at Green Cross Corp, where he established the foundational structure of the company’s internal legal department. During his time at Green Cross, he showcased exceptional legal acumen in providing advisory services and managing disputes across the healthcare sector and general corporate law.
