Yong Taek Song is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is Antitrust & Competition.
Prior to joining our law firm, Mr. Song served at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) where he investigated and handled cartel cases in various sectors such as construction, ICT, transportation, and bidding. He also has ample experience in enforcing the public disclosure system under the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, and formulating key policies related to cartels and large business groups. Before his tenure at the KFTC, Mr. Song conducted diverse policy researches on the telecommunications industry as a research fellow at the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI).
