Overview
Yoon & Yang’s GRC Group provides Assembly Relations services designed to systematically manage legal and political risks that may arise as corporate-related policy, legislative, and political issues are brought into public discussion through the National Assembly. Drawing on the extensive experience and know-how of former National Assembly professionals with decades of experience, we focus on effectively communicating the clients’ positions to the legislature and on seeking legal and institutional improvements through policy proposals to create synergies for clients’ business activities.
Key Services
- Provide comprehensive consulting on legislative, budgetary, and policy matters of the National Assembly
- Monitor National Assembly trends and present preemptive solutions on various issues
- Communicate and coordinate the clients’ positions through direct engagement with members of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Secretariat
- Organize seminars within the National Assembly as necessary in the legislative and policy-making process
- Support legal, policy, and political responses to various document submission requests and inquiries from the National Assembly
- Provide tailored advice and support at each stage of National Assembly inspections and investigations, including advance review of witness/expert designation, preparation for appearances, examination proceedings, and follow-up measures
